At Quad Warehouse, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to maintain eligibility for a return.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
